My complaint:
I was charged for discovery plus on the 6th of every month. When I logged in to my Amazon account it showed that I had 2 subscriptions to discovery plus one on the 6th and one for the 26th how I don’t understand. I canceled the subscription for the 6th and no I don’t have any discovery plus at all. How is this when it shows on my Amazon account I have it
Suggested solution:
Stop charging me multiple times and have on day set for discovery plus to be taken out of my account. Now I’ve been charged twice, shows I still have it and can’t even watch it
