My complaint:
Are you kidding me? You want people to pay a monthly subscription fee for your Discovery Plus network yet you can’t even get your captions to operate? This is BASIC stuff here people!!! NOTHING hard about this whatsoever!!! I have a hearing impaired individual living in the house and if you can’t sort out this RIDICULOUSLY EASY TO FIX PROBLEM soon we’re canceling the service. Absolutely ridiculous that a media company this large can’t seem to get a handle on fucking CAPTIONS for Christ sakes
