My complaint:

My first bill is 589.00 I was told that a 99.00 fee for the genie would be waived and I paid 199.00 credit fee at start up of service you have 14 days to end service or before the first bill is released they did not release the bill to us until the 14 days were over and the bill that was released was a past due bill they lied to get us to join their company and then when you call to have the issue resolve you are told there is nothing that can be done at all even though they were dishonest I need help because I was told o e thing at the beginning then told something else after i was forced into a 2 year agreement

Suggested solution:

They need to waive the 99.00 fee that was promised and guaranteed at the beginning of startup also remove the 199.00 fee and honor the fact that they did not release the first bill to is until it was to late to leave the company.
