My complaint:
I ordered two hot chocolates and two sandwiches, one thick granary and one white bread. I wanted 30 minutes, had drunk my hotchocoloate and no acknowledgment on how long my sandwiches will be, I had to go to the counter to be told we are busy the sun is out and I wil get your sandwiches brought out take your seat, I waited another 15 minutes when my food came out to medium sliced sandwiches.
On approaching the till I explained I was not given what I ordered, and no sorry just next time you come we will give you a discount, other people were acknowledged and given a discount, me asked if I was a cleaner, I don’t n if that was a joke but very not appreciated as I was dressed in Calvin Kline shir tan trousers, no scruffy. Then spoon to badly.
All I wanted to be approached and told it will be a wait, not cleaning the tables and sitting people down without letting them know, they could of othe red me another drink with my sandwiches to wash them down. It was is disgusting organisation of herestaurant blaming the sun.
Suggested solution:
Acknowlege you when you sit down,and let you no it ill be a 30 minute wait, and o have akowlege me offering me another drink after 50 minutes waiting so I had adrink with my sandwich.
