My complaint:
In early march I had an infection and my gums was swollen so I had went home after work and tried contacting delta dental. When the automated system said that my social security number was under someone else’s last name, I had to wait and contact delta dental the next day along with blue cross blue shield. Delta dental gave me the run around and failed to take accountability for messing up my information in their system. My hr and insurance ed that my information was sent correctly to delta dental. I had to miss a week of work because of this issue and when delta dental fixed it they never contacted me about it. I even called the team lead recently and she never called me back. My job also ed that my information was sent to delta dental and that someone was signing off on it. The team lead asked who and my job couldn’t give a name!
Suggested solution:
By taking accountability for what they did to me and give me a written statement
