My complaint:
sky miles 9257923996, nandkishor boedhram and wife sharda k. boedhram singh, sky miles 920-798-4148
flightreservation HAXKQ9. When we arrived at ewr airport on 7302022, there was only 1 wheel chair assistance insytead of 2 requested. Wated more than 15 min for the 2nd one that never came. same thing happened when we returned to msp airport on 872022
Suggested solution:
same thing had happened with another airline and they honored us with 10K sky miles each. Perhaps you can do the sam or better.
