My complaint:
I was boarding the plane and the woman who was boarding everyone call me back and told me that my bag wasn’t a carry on. So she checked it in told me it was going to be $30 and told me it was going to Orlando and that wasn’t where I was going. I was going to Cincinnati one way. She voided out my bag charge of $30 and left me just standing there with some voided ticket and she just said that’s it. And I was really confused she told me with a attitude that if I want to catch this plane to Cincinnati you are going to have to pay $300 plus. I didn’t understand why so she asked so what are you gonna do I said I want to catch this flight to Cincinnati she said the you’ll have to pay $300 and something dollars. My Grandmother just passed last week and headed to see her now I think I’m going to miss it. This woman had a very bad attitude and I didn’t do anything to her at all. No remedy no customer service no compassion no communication just had a attitude with the way she spoke and her body language. I just want to get to Cincinnati Ohio and that’s all I wanted.
