My complaint:
I have Bought a new Alieware laptop 5 months ago, and it was defected, the keyboard is not working properly.
I have contacted Dell customer service, they said no replacement parts available so they will replace the full system.
five months past and I didn’t receive the replacement, and DELL technical team doesn’t know when the machine will arrive. And they keep playing games to un away from their responsibility, I have requested a Refund since they can not deliver the replacement, but as usual also they keep trying to escape.
Suggested solution:
I need to get full refund and compensation of the losses and waste of time they caused to me.
