My complaint:
I checked in to the days inn at Arlington Va and got to my room and there was no heat..
I called the front desk and they said it would be fixed..
A hour later it still wasn’t fixed..
I checked out and asked for a refund and was told by the manager I already used the room.. I was charged 113 $ for a hour of being cold..
I want my money back.
