Complaint: Dis-respect towards the customer, by insulting and applying the wrong statement towards me, which wasn’t happened

My complaint:

After picking up my daughters from the Ruwais Private school at around 2:55 PM went to the Dawn Supermarket to purchase few things for my kids. Since i didnt take my card or purse, i informed them i would take the goods with me that purchased and they can visit and collect the cash at my home.

The person in the counter, in a very rude way said that the delivery boy informed that, he visited thrice at my home on 19092021, we didnt open the door even we were inside. Which is a very false allegation. Hearing that, i said why would we not open the door when we are inside and i tried to convience them, but they was very rude and suspicious. Since the items was already billed, i didint take them home and asked them to deliver to my home. He visited the same night at around 8:00 PM and i had given the money of AED 30 approximately purchased on 19092021.

Sir, why would we not open the door, when we are inside when we could pay the same amount during night.

We are working parents, we believe in not taking a single penny free from Others, as we consider it as a sin.

The way the Supermarket, has approached and was talking in the rude voice in front of my kids is not acceptable.

With out verifying the truth from the deliver boy, they imposed false allegations towards us which shows very disrespectful.

On 21092021 at 4:00 PM, when the delivery boy visited the home I asked him about the same issue and he said, madam i communicated to the owners that, he ran the bell thrice and not visited thrice.

But i assure you, we was inside the room and we didn’t hear the bell.
For the very rude behavior, we request you to issue the warning letter by acknowledging me for insulting us and suspecting.

Finally I conclude that, there was some days the supermarket forgot to collect the money, but I called them personally and given to them.

Suggested solution:

I want them to provide me Apology letter, for the rude behavior and insulting and the way they suspected with out finding exactly what happened from the deliver boy.

1. 1 very tall with dark color and above normal weight]
2. the second, fair, short and sharp eyes.
