My complaint:
I have a Dave’s check cashing card on file to cash checks at daves..customer service would not allow me to cash a Cleveland board of elections check at the turney location because they said it wasnt on file…This has never happen ..I only work for board of elections every blue moon doing polls not a fulltime worker there…I also have misc other checks that I cash there that they will not allow…What is the purpose of having a Dave’s check cashing card if I cant cash any checks…I have been cashing these kindve checks for many years now it’s a problem at turneytown….I would never go there again..they pick and choose a bunch of racists..and Sheryl was very rude in customer service the manager could’ve let me cash it instead he agreed with other lady…..

If u have a check cashing card on file u should be able to cash any check
