My complaint:
This is the 3 rd time i tried to leave you my complaint. So i went for a swim at 11pm to 12 midnight as i was doing my laundry thats your Adult swim time and you have a sign posted in the pool, well there was a family with 3 screaming kids there jumping next to me and screaming, i couldnt enjoy my adult swim time so i got out at midnight and went to the front desk, no one was there so i left a note on a napkin and i left it on the counter. As i was in the elevator holding my laundry the Indian night front desk manager walked up to me and he said IS THIS YOU? holding up my napkin in a hostile voice, i didnt want to deal with him so i said no as the elevator door closed, then he sticks his arm in the elevator and stops it from closing and he says I know it was youI saw you, if he knew I left a note why ask me if it was me? So i said Yes it was me i let you know my complaint now go talk to the people in the pool who are breaking your rules, as the door started to close a second time He sticks his arm in a 3 rd time snd wanted to argue with me. Now he was making me up set and i said I dont want to talk to you go talk yo the pool people and stop sticking your arm in the elevator door stoping it from closing stoping me from going to my room!! He said fine ill talk to you later and stomped away, never going to the pool but i saw him just walk back to the front desk i dont want to talk with him there isnt anything he can say that i care to hear from him
Suggested solution:
He should of taken my complaint and talked to the people in the pool saying im sorry but from 21 to midnight is the adult swim time, no kids from 11 to midnight, instead of wanting to argue with a guest thats here for 2 weeks. On a second note the pool is so dirty as well as the hot tub it needs to be closed for a day as its so foggy and cleaned right.
