My complaint:

I had lost my job due to Covid and other issues my insurance lapsed I was told that I just had to pay $105.56 to get my insurance reinstated but once I paid the $105.56 cent I was told I had to call a different number to get my policy reinstated. I called that number then I was told I couldn’t get my policy reinstated that I would have to pay almost $300 I wasn’t giving the truth I was giving misleading information so they could take money from me

Suggested solution:

They need to give me my $105.56 back are restart my policy like I was told would happen.
