My complaint:
We visited the cinema on the 29th of December. I sat in seat eight in cinema (I believe E 11.)
By the end of the film, I had a stiff neck from straining round to see the screen. And it still hurts. Now there’s a lump in my shoulder muscle. You really shouldn’t sell that seat without a health warning and, I suggest, a large discount.
