My complaint:
I bought a cult.fit membership so I could go to badminton classes and meet new people- which was advertised as per the app and website. I go to my first few classes and it was either empty and I could only play with the coach or it was so tightly packed that I couldn’t even attend the class. This was a complete waste of my money and I requested a refund but they refuse to even acknowledge it or try to dodge it.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with the refund of my membership
