My complaint:
For years I have been reading CTV News online. Now, you have added a news video that continuosly plays over the writing of the articles which is EXTREMELY ANNOYING and prevents me from reading them!! Also, the videos are EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING as they are an ongoing distraction, and there is no X to get rid of them. I detest any app that I have to X a video before I can read it.Therefore I have deleted my CTV News app and no longer read CTV News online
Suggested solution:
Do not display or play a video of any sort over news articles!
