My complaint:
I need to know if this company is legit. A VIP has my coins stored there and I am afraid the company is fake. I was told I could retrieve my coins (which are no longer being traded) at the end of the month. Now I’m told October 3rd. I am 68-years old and don’t know how this site works and no one will explain it. (If I try to send the funds back to my wallet, it shows I have no funds. And, their customer service doesn’t work-It appears that the VIP is sending messages back.) Please help!
