My complaint:

I paid Crosscreek Apartment 450 up front for an application fee on December 20 2019… I was suppose to be scheduled to move in on the 31.. 31 passes I had to call an check on my application… remind you they said it would take a day… a week pass an they called back an said I was denied… I got approve to other apartments but them.. so I had to ask them will they send my money back on my card they said YES… i checked my card like 4 days later noticed $200 extra was on my card after I had just deposited $400.. so called cross creek ask them wheres the rest of the money, they said they sent 250 back to my card an they mailed $100 to 232 willow branch ave Jacksonville Florida 32254… I asked them why did they send $100 to that address where I no longer be at without my permission.. I kept asking them will they send the money on my card or mail it because I had moved an I won’t have a address.. they kept saying they will send it on a card… I called an caller them an asked them where’s my money they claimed they sent it out it’s now January 21, 2020 an i yet still haven’t received my $100 one of the ladies in the office says they main office claimed I paid the office in Beverly Hills so that’s why it’s taking so long but I need my money an it didn’t take them long to get my money so why is it taking me long to get it back… now they dont answer my calls… an on top of that I have to keep going up to there office wasting gas just for them to tell me i have wo wait still.. I been wanting almost a month now….
