My complaint:
Credit Saint collected almost $2000 in fees from my wife and I and our score remained the same and they did not remove anything from my credit report. When we attempted to close the accounts, they ignored us and kept on charging us fees. To say that we are dissatisfied is an understatement. I am trying this as a final attempt before contacting the FTC and Better Business Bureau.
Suggested solution:
Either refunding all of our money back or providing the service that they were supposed to for all of the monthsyears that we paid for.
