My complaint:
This in regards to craiglist listing 7453623563–The owner explained that the truck needed to be shipped to me from St. Croix, VI and there would be a fee of $700 which was wired to him 3722–the company who was to deliver the vehicle said there was no insurance and they could not deliver it-the owner said if we provide the additional funds of $1,450 the truck would be delivered and the funds would be reimbursed to me once the truck arrived. The wire was sent on 3822. Then the delivery company said it would be an additional $900 for some additional fees before they would deliver the truck. We said no forget about the sale, please refund the insurance amount that was paid. As of today we have not received the funds or seen the truck. I have called and texted the owner of the truck and the shipping company in regards to the return of the monies and they are not replying
Suggested solution:
We just want our monies refunded for the insurance we paid $1,450 and the shipping of $700.00. The truck was never delivered and we explained that we were no longer interested in purchasing the truck.
