My complaint:
This is the least private garden we have ever seen. The only use of the word private is that it doesn’t belong to anyone else. You need to come out of the front door go across a public path up steps and into a garden which is open to the public walking along the path plus all the many neighbours.
We ate in the garden last night and were waving to people going past Not my description of idyllic or private. Your website makes it very clear that we would need to leave the car in a car park. It also mentions the property is up a hill. It doesn’t mention how steep the hill is to drag heavy cases.
Mousehole is hilly but the steepness of the hill (with luggage) should be is not made clear on the website
Suggested solution:
refund of some money or change of location of cottage
