My complaint:
Conrad Makkah
Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the current state of our stay at the Conrad Makkah hotel. We are currently occupying Room 1803, having been relocated from Room 1410 due to a request from a special guest that Conrad wish to accomdate surprisingly but refused to accomdate our request, despite our own prior request for interleading rooms made two weeks before our arrival.
Throughout our stay, we have been subjected to numerous requests to move rooms, citing various excuses each time.
Despite assurances from Hassan that we would be satisfied with the new accommodations, the reality is quite the opposite.The condition of Room 1803 is unacceptable. The room is dirty and unhygienic, with visible mucus on the walls. (Please you are welcome to inspect the wall).

Furthermore, the towels provided emit a damp and unpleasant odor, while the areas around the bed, including underneath it, are filthy.
This level of cleanliness is shocking for a hotel of your caliber.
Additionally, the couch in the room emits a foul odor, and the carpets appear stained and unsanitary.
The behavior of the cleaning staff has also been disappointing, as they exhibit rudeness and arrogance. Basic amenities such as tissues and toilet paper are consistently lacking and other amenities, and it is evident that the rooms are cleaned hastily and without attention to detail.
Overall, our experience at the Conrad Makkah has been deeply unsatisfactory. It is disheartening to feel that foreign guests are not given the same level of consideration and care as others.

Suggested solution:
The hotel should answer and explain why guest are treated differently and why the room is in a disgusting state and we were forced to move from room 1410.
