My complaint:
We few Condor from Seattle to Frankfort and transferred to a flight to Barcelona. Our luggage never made it and despite several attempts to have the bags sent to our hotel it didn’t happen. We were in Europe for a wedding in Athens and my missing suitcase had my wedding dress and wedding gift. We never got my suitcase and it was finally returned to us inSeattle July 9. We submitted a claim to Condir for the clothes I had to buy and the cost of mailing the wedding gift but Condor blew us off. No compensation at all. Sure makes we want to never fly Condor again.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse us for the items we had to buy
