My complaint:
I have been struggling and stressed by the situation with complete savings each month they are insisting I signed up to receive monthly cashback when I purchase with papa John’s via complete savings and this is totally unfair complete savings are good enough taking money from my account each month but not being fair on the cashback and retailer that no longer offers cashback via complete savings. I have had enough month after month like this and I need help to make a complaint. I have emails after after emails between me and them.
Suggested solution:
Be fair and allow my monthly cashback from any retailer as papa John no longer exists on their website
