My complaint:

I asked my 11 year old to call the hotel to find out if they allowed pets, had a pool, had jacuzzi and price. My son asked the questions and the guy answered but was annoyed. My son hung up but forgot to ask about price. I told him to call back. When my son did, the guy went crazy and told my son not to call back. I took the phone and told the clerk this was a legitimate call. I asked about price and the guy told me to make the reservations online. I asked again about price and he hung up on me.

Suggested solution:

Fire the clerk. I\'m tired of people being rude to me and my family.
