My complaint:
I invested some funds on this platform due to a tip from a Chinese friend. I made a good profit, and decided to withdraw my funds. They froze my funds due to the KYC authentication process. I fixed that, and the online support stopped talking to me. Then suddenly, my password was blocked, or deleted, and the system won’t allow me to make another. After sending several messages to them (unanswered) I tried a few more times to get them to help to no avail. They have literally stolen my money. Since this is a foreign platform I cannot seek legal counsel. All I want is my money, and then I will never use this site again.
Suggested solution:
They should release my funds to the wallet identified on each withdrawl.
