My complaint:
I have been waiting for my withdrawal since the 1st of September, I had a withdrawal fee to pay of which I was never told until the morning of the 1st, I didn’t have the money so I waited until I had the funds, on the 20th September I paid the fee and was told that in 3 hours my withdrawal would be available, on the 25th September I received an email to pay the exchange fee within 72 hours (3 days), I paid the fee of which I borrowed from people as I was told that once the exchange fee is paid I will receive my return within 3 hours, it has been 8 days and still no withdrawal, no feedback.
I have sent countless emails and was told yesterday I would have to make another purchase, the amount is unknown and I don’t have that money, people have now made a criminal case against me for their money because I keep telling them I’m waiting for my withdrawal, please I urgently need help, please can someone help me I really need my withdrawal today please.
What is the way forward to get my withdrawal processed?
I’m in desperate need of my return, I invested over and that was not what I signed up for because I was told the investment started at and now I’m in debt and still no return.
