My complaint:
I lost 10k due to miscommunication, i am new to this trading and was not aware of the rules shared with me, I had invested 10k on 7th Jan 24, and later after completion of one task I was asked to invest more 25k.
I requested a lot to the tutor and other departments to process the refund so that I can continue to invest more. No one acknowledged my request only I was treated like I am doing something wrong, they were very rude and unethical.
I am not financially strong hence I was disturbed after loosing 10k. It is a request if you can help me get my money back, I’ll be obliged.
