My complaint:
I went to coinflip ATM did 2 standard transactions to 2 proved wallets I had sent money to before using coinflip and they even receipt the transaction but the BTC never arrived in the wallets.
Then the prevented me from any more transactions.
Coinflip is not answering emails either.
Suggested solution:
Send the money on to the wallets and fix any compliance issues correctly and ly
