My complaint:
I started trading on coinall exchange to which i was reffered by a friend from hong kong living in Singapore. I made this friend on Twitter and later remained in contact on WhatsApp. Once i was over with trading i asked for a withdrawal which was refused. I asked customers support about the reasons they replied you have personal taxes to pay and if not paid with in 72 hrs a late fee will be charged. This happned on 16th march 2022.
I asked them to deduct the taxes from my account with them they replied You have to pay the taxes out side the coinall. I do not have sufficient fund outside coinall to pay my taxes. Since than I am trying to negotiate but all has gone to waste. I’m very certain and clear that i have to and will pay my due taxes once i am given withdrawal. I have traded here for about a month and have my assets in shape of different coins and usdt.
They are asking for taxes on my account assets and not on coin assets. Account asset is in usdt. Need ur help to get me my asset. I’m ready to pay the service charges once I’m in posession of my assets.
Suggested solution:
They should deduct my taxes and allow me withdrawal to my other wallet. Further they should not suspend my account and withdrawal. When ever I will request for withdrawl i will pay the due taxes at the rate at which my taxes are calculated now. Now i will pay for the late fee also as asked.Late fee charges are calculated at 2 % of the taxes.
