My complaint:
Dear sir/Ma’am,
We are running our shop from last 40 years. We are regular retailers of coca cola from more than 40 years. But we are facing big issues regarding your facilities. We need a new refrigerator for our shop. We already have one which is very old. Because of this our work is hampered. We are not able to fulfil customer requirements.
We contacted our local distributor Mr. Satish, then your main supervisor Mr. Praveen. Everyday they give different stories. But still we had not received this. We are following this from last one year. Now main season is getting over.
Still we have not received the refrigerator. We are fed up from this after regular follow up.
After getting frustrated, I am send this mail to you to expect some positive response from your side. Kindly investigate this long pending issue. Please provide one more refrigerator. We will fulfil all formalities that you need for new refrigerator.
If Coca-Cola is supporting like this. How our business will run..
Should we stop to sell Coca-Cola??
