My complaint:
Received a notice that my water will be shut off if not pain by today December 3rd 2019. Office opened at 9am . I made arrangements for my father to run payment down to the offing. I also called the office and got through to them around 9:20 am and spoke with Tanya Collevechio the office mamager who was very ignorant and unprofessional on the phone and I assured her that my father will be in within the hour to pay my bill so it doesnt get shut off and so I wont have to pay further hook up charges. After my phone call it wasnt even ten minutes and the guys came and shut my water off. I know they have company phones and ways to get a hold of each other and I feel as though this should not have happened. There was no time specified on the notice.
Suggested solution:
I do not feel I should be held responsible for the hook up charges for today. I feel I should have been given the that time for my father to go pay it since id did make the effort and contact the office directly. I also feel that something should be done about Tanya Collevechio the manager of the sewer authority and her unprofessional ignorant attitude towards the people of our communities. The other woman there is far more professional and personable towards customers.
