My complaint:
I paid CNXtrans to send my goods but they still haven’t communicated just to let me know that they received payment. I’ve been trying to call and sending emails but still no response.
Suggested solution:
At least get back to me, send me email or some form of communication so that I’m aware of the situation or circumstance.
