Clubhouse complaint: Account Suspension

My complaint:

Clubhouse suspended my account for a reason I do not know of. They did not send me an email how long the suspension is, or any details of what I may have done wrong. There are far worse rooms on the Clubhouse app, which still continue. I want to report them as they are not following their procedures and what is detailed in their Community Guidelines.

Suggested solution:

To advise them to deal with complaints efficiently and effectively. No one is perfect maybe I made a mistake, but how would I know so in future it does not happen again.
