My complaint:
Found a bedbug in the pillow and reported it to the hotel. Was up until 3am laundering and disinfecting our items. Now the hotel is accusing us of being liars despite us bringing them proof. Management has been nothing but rude especially Kristy and the president Brenda. This has been a traumatizing experience for us and the hotel has done nothing but expose us to unsafe conditions.
Suggested solution:
Full refund for the physical, mental, and material damages they caused.
