My complaint:
Children are supposed to be in school by 8:10 (middle school) if you are dropped of after that time you are late. My kids bus picks them up at 8:14 am her scheduled pick up time is 7:45 am. Very rarely does she get piled up on time. Drop off is 3:35-3:45. Its 4:20pm AMD still no bus.
Suggested solution:
On time Scheduled pick up and drop off.
