My complaint:
I started playing this game and git to the cash out amount of £200, but if you play another £800 you can cash out sooner. So you do this and you wait 72 hours, to see this timer tick down to then find out that your win needs verification by someone as so many people have won this amount, you are in position 6147 on Feb 2nd. By the 9th March I’m at queue position 2086. I’m currently waiting for £903.966 (checking) and £1085.261 queuing
