My complaint:
Charged $300 then after my card declined it charged $93 something. Never charged the $59 I booked it for.
Suggested solution:
If you can remove the charge my card and if you could either charge me the $59 and compensate the time that I've been waiting for access to my funds because of all the with some free stays or remove the charge to my card completely. LMK what you think is fair. I'm reasonable. Thank you for your time!
