My complaint:

I had a friend that was in need of help to get her car out of In pound. So i gave her my visa card to use. When she got there to get the car the woman would not let her use my card unless she had my ID or i was there. Which is bull. I’ve used friends and familys cards no problem and I’ve let friends and family use my cards no problem.

I live about a half hour away and was very upset to have to go down somewhere to show ID. When i got there i tossed the visa and ID under the glass and said this is bull sh Ive never in my life needed to show ID. Ive let tons of ppl use my cards with NO PROBLEM. The woman behind the glass throw my cards back out. So i did the same and said just make the payment.

The man with her Insulted me saying look terrible for my age. And then She proceeded to say that she wasn’t gonna do nothing unless I apologized. Or Came back with money. At this point i called the cops. But since it wasn’t an emergency. It took 2hrs for them to show up. In between this time. I went to the bank in the box. And withdrew money for her. And her brother came down and went in for her.

Needless to say she gave the car to her brother. This isnt the way to run a business.. And she was rude right from the beginning to my friend even before the card thing happened. Makes me think that’s the whole reason why she did that thing with the card.. If she can’t deal with people being upset when she acts like @^$ to ppl. She shouldn’t have that job. You need to have thick skin for a job like that..

We didnt go in there calling her name. So I dont appreciate the man insulting me. When I wasn’t even talking to him. I don’t find it to be very business like to have a mirror wall up so you cant see who your doing business with. And to top it all off, she’s like that ALL the time. From Various people that i’ve spoke to.

Suggested solution:

They need to put that woman in to customer service training. Show her how to deal with an upset customers. And how to talk properly to people. Teach her you don\'t throw the cards at customers and then insult them. Then refuse to take the payment. Unless the person apologizes to her .. (she not talking to her kids) Very inappropriate and unbusiness like all the way.
