My complaint:
I am Semih KAVAK. I bought C5 Aircross in early of January of 2023. Accidentally, I had an accident in 2 th October 2023. I gave my car to the Citroen authorized service. They told me that Some spare parts will come from France. However, These spare parts never comes. I always wait my car repairing. So that, I have no car at this moment. When I bought this car, I loved it and I trusted the Brand Of Citroen. But now, I am very disappointed for that. I have waited for 3 months to repair my car. I have been a Citroen user for many years. Before this car, I had a Grand Picasso. On the other hand, I may not buy Citroen or PSA car any more. Please send me my car’s spare parts. Please, give attention for that. I am not pleased for this situation. I am very sad about that.
I want my car to repair and I will sell this car because of Citroen service.
Suggested solution:
If Citroen or PSA replies to me and solves my problem, I will be satisfied. And also I will seek my rights through legally.
