My complaint:
I ordered a garden eagle on April 4. It never arrived until today(April 29,2023). I e- mailed 3 times in that time frame to see where it was. I got a response a few days ago, saying it was in route. It was suppose to be 28 1/2 inches long, by65W, 72H. It came today and was in our mailbox. It is 8 inches long. Absolutely pitiful. A piece of junk. I contacted them by e- mail again , but they never respond for days. We just contacted our credit card to dispute this. It is a scam. U don’t receive what is advertised. On the page it says tgey guarantee their products. I have pics to show. Don’t buy from this website.
Suggested solution:
I contacted credit card co. for a refund. Will be contacting the better business bureau.
