Ciminos Little Italy complaint: Poor service

My son drove to hours so we could have a nice dinner before christmas. we arrived at the restaurant approximately at 5pm saturday december 21, 2019. Everything was going good and the food was good, but my son ordered the filet with a baked potato. When our meal was brought to us our waiter mark was very polite, but told my son his baked potato had a couple of minutes yet, but 15 minutes went by and still know potato so my hubby went to complain to someone and there was like 6 ppl just standing around in the kitchen area. When he got his potato it was over baked, brown and nasty looking. The waiter did offer my son a side dish in place of the potato, but my son told him no and then my hubby got fries with his meal and was never asked if he needed ketchup for his fries. When mark the waiter came with our bill he showed my son that they took 10% off the entire bill which was just $8. This place has a 4.4 star and I give it a 2 star and will not be returning there.
