My complaint:
Hi I received food from this takeaway and when deliver arrived the food was freezing cold and not upto standard and when I complain to the takeaway the refused to bring the money back that I paid for the takeaway I ordered Mexican sizzler with chips and donner kebab and when it arrived it was dry and not up to standard and I payed 17.50
Suggested solution:
Hi rang the takeaway and the refused to give me the money back they wanted me to take the food back to the shop knowing I don\'t have transport and the attitude I got of the takeaway when I said I was going to trading standards is try u best u can\'t do nothing about it
