Chevrolet complaint: Warranty Power train

My complaint:

Car has 27,000 miles on it. It’s a 2017 Chevy Volt and supposed to be covered under the power train but they charged me 751 dollars for shift to park issue .

Suggested solution:

Give what’s owed back to me if it’s covered
