My complaint:
The unused key fob remote for my 2015 Corvette will no longer allow me to open the doors or start the car.
The remote’s battery was replaced with no change in operation.
I got quotes for a replacement remote that were from $154 to $219 plus tax and plus programming costs of $200 to $230.
This is ridiculous for a vehicle with only around 16,000 miles on it. The key fob remote was probably only used to open the car door a dozen times, at most,
I am disappointed with the quality of the key fob remote for a low mileage vehicle that costs more that sixty thousand dollars.
Suggested solution:
Send me a new key fob remote.
