My complaint:
I was in a park after 11 pm and I was getting ready to leave and the officer man handled me pulled my hair put me on the ground then grabbed my wrist to put the cuffs on me then I told the officer my name then he let go I want this officer to be invegestagated

I want this officer to be charged
