My complaint:
I am writing my autobiography and it has been a painful journey on your ChatGPT 4 subscription. I am considering cancelling it and go back to ChatGPT 3.5 that can provide me the same service as your current bad service. I have made a chat group for my book but it cannot remember my preferred writing style and it cannot remember previous chapters in my book in the same group. I cannot write my book in this way. Very Very frustrating. Please sort it out as soon as possible

Make it possible to write a book by remembering my preferred style of writing and what was previously written in chapters of my book.
