My complaint:
I was billed on 18th June despite having a free account.
I used the ChatGPT auto-help on 24th June to report the issue and provided all the information requested.
I’ve chased it today and found that my messages of 24th June have not even been seen yet!
I want the money back urgently.
And I’d like some assurance this won’t happen again. I’m worried now that ChatGPT is actually a big international scam.
