My complaint:

I have been waiting on my cashback £2000 4 3 weeks now when I ring they just say it should b in ur bank. When i rang dundonald 2 day they said it was processed and would b in 2 day still not in so pissed of will not b telling anybody 2 go there anymore 4 a new car can u solve this problem or I will take this further.

Suggested solution:

I would like back more than £2000 cashback 4 this hassle.
