My complaint:
What happened to the taste of the Tangerine Orange Zinger? I’ve had a few bad experiences. I’m never quite sure if I’ve purchased the good one or the bad one. Perhaps it was a bad batch that slipped by manufacturing oversight, but I feel I can’t trust it any longer. Besides being let down emotionally, it was also a waste of money.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement for the expense which is probably about $20.00, or send me 5 new boxes that are absolutely guaranteed to be the correct formula.
